In a tender ID : 100425, after opening it is found that document fees have been given by 2 bidders but tender security and tenders have been submiited by 3 bidders. can it be possible, pls

আমি একজন PE। আমার ম্যাসেজ বক্সে ৯/৫/২০১৭ তারিখের পূর্বের কোন ম্যাসেজ পাওয়া যাচ্ছে না ।এখন আমার কি করনীয়। অনেক দরকারী ম্যাসেজ রয়েছে সেখানে।
